1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using LensEats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
LensEats is a mobile application developed by 万岛游（天津）旅行有限公司 ("Wandao Tour") that uses artificial intelligence to translate restaurant menus across 50+ languages. The service includes allergen detection, dual currency display, and a waiter ordering assistant.
3. Free and Paid Tiers
- Free tier: 2 menu scans per day. Users may watch an ad to earn 1 additional bonus scan.
- VIP subscription: Unlimited scans, no ads, priority processing. Available as weekly ($0.99) or monthly ($3.99) plans.
- Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect them.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
VIP subscriptions are billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LensEats for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Use the app in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure
- Use automated tools to abuse the free scan quota system
6. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
LensEats uses AI to translate and interpret menu content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated translations may contain errors. Always verify allergen information with restaurant staff if you have severe food allergies. Wandao Tour is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from reliance on LensEats output.
7. Intellectual Property
The LensEats app, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Wandao Tour. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandao Tour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LensEats.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
